Software Engineers - Edinburgh
SeeByte is recruiting for software engineers with a strong background to develop its SeeTrack family of products. Software skills are essential, particularly in C++, JAVA, Visual Basic, COM components and SQL both on Windows and Linux environments. Candidates should normally hold a degree in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline. Industrial or other academic experience would be advantageous.
Successful candidates will be required to work on a wide range of Solutions based on SeeTrack, the mission-planning, monitoring, sensor-fusion and visualisation platform of choice for remote systems. They will work as a member of a team of an international team of developers in the design, development and testing of software. They will conform to industry best practices, standards and comply with specifications provided.
Applicants must be willing to attend tests and trials at remote and international locations. We are currently looking for individuals who are confident working with the customer and who ideally have experiencedis areas in which we work.
SeeByte also recruits specialists in areas in which we work. These include: signal and image processing, control, navigation and other disciplines related to autonomous systems.
