HOW MANY GRADUATES ARE YOU RECRUITING IN 2012?
SeeByte normally recruits aproximately two graduates each year. If you are interested in the 2012 programme or interested in becoming one of our interns, please email your covering letter and CV to hr@seebyte.com in order to apply or to note your interest.
WHEN WOULD I START THE GRADUATE PROGRAMME?
After graduating from university in the summer, at a time agreed, ideally around June time.
CAN YOU TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE CONTENT OF THE SCHEME, I.E. WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
There will be 3 core training modules each with a number of training workshops. The training modules are:

IS THERE AN OPPORTUNITY TO GO ABROAD?
SeeByte provide software solutions for a wide-range of domestic and international clients. As an engineer working as part of a project team, you will likely be given the opportunity to travel. Recent examples include a software installation in Norway and training US Navy operators on our software in San Diego, California.
HOW LONG WOULD SELECTION TAKE?
We would estimate the selection process for our graduate programme to be around 2-3 months in length, starting at the beginning of February.
IS THERE A CLOSING DATE FOR APPLICATIONS?
The closing date for applications will be early February for the year you are applying to join the graduate programme.

- Specific Technical Processes, for example, underwater robotic sensors.
- Working Practises and Standards, for example, testing standards.
- Personal and soft skill Development for example, communication.

HOW AND WHEN DO I APPLY?
- To apply, please send your covering letter and CV to hr@seebyte.com
- You can apply at any point in the year; however we will begin our short listing process at the beginning of February.
WHAT DOES THE SELECTION PROCESS INVOLVE?
- 1st Stage Meeting. An introduction to meet HR and answer some basic technical questions. HR will also give a brief on SeeByte so that you can get a feeling for what the company is like.
- Assessment Centre / First Interview. This will be held at SeeByte's offices where you will be given some basic tests to conduct. You will be given a presentation about SeeByte from one of the engineering managers and a face-to-face interview. You will also be given the opportunity to speak to a recent graduate to get a real account of what you can expect to do during your first year at SeeByte.
- 2nd interview. Held with 1 or 2 Engineer Managers at SeeByte headquarters.
- Offer stage.
