Undertaking a placement with SeeByte will provide invaluable support to your current studies, opening up your horizons to the diverse and dynamic ways in which your degree can be used in the software & technology industry. You will work alongside SeeByte engineers providing autonomy solutions for the offshore, military and renewable energies markets, gaining valuable hands-on work experience with a global, leading-edge technology company.

As leaders in their field, SeeByte undertakes cutting edge research and development in underwater robotics and data management. Our placement opportunities enable you to be involved in active software engineering projects from the outset, working with the people who innovate within this creative and fast-paced environment.
What makes us Different?
SeeByte creates the world's most advanced smart software for the latest generation of unmanned underwater vehicles, including autonomous underwater vehicles (AUV) and remotely operated vehicles (ROV) for the military and offshore sectors. SeeByte also work in the Renewable Energy market providing autonomous diagnostic tools. Beyond visualisation and automation, SeeByte systems extract information to create awareness, which can be used to reason intuitively and autonomously. These technology and deployment capabilities make SeeByte-enabled remote machines more productive, safe and reliable; operational performance is significantly enhanced at a reduced cost.
