Robert Johnson

As Business Development Manager, Robert Johnson supports and develops SeeByte’s customer base, particularly within defence markets.

Robert joined SeeByte in early 2019 with over 17 years experience in the maritime industry. Prior to his role at SeeByte, Robert worked for Thales where he held a variety of Director positions. His experience includes managing the Above Water Systems business at Thales, providing information system products and services to UK Royal Navy and international naval customers.

After attaining his Masters Degree in Engineering Project Management from Lancaster University in 1998, Robert started an engineering company learning the ropes in each of the departments from the design office through product to the sales team. This served as a great foundation for his future roles and success in the Defence & Aerospace, Mobile Media, and Energy markets.
