Head of Engineering
Rupert Pugh joined SeeByte in 2023 as Head of Engineering. He has extensive experience supporting and delivering defence engineering projects, most recently with QinetiQ, Thales Optronics and BAE Systems Naval Ships.
He will be working to strengthen SeeByte's engineering capability, specifically focussing on software engineering delivery, people development and quality management.
Dr Pugh holds a PhD in Thin Film Magnetics from the University of Salford and an MBA from the Open University.
