Finance Administrator

This role would suit someone with good attention to detail and relevant experience working in a finance department. 

The finance administrator is a highly organised individual that can effectively plan and prioritise their workload. Enthusiastic and self-motivated, they have the ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and customers. Accuracy and the ability to work to deadlines is essential.

  • You will work collaboratively in the areas of billing/invoicing; payment processing; expense processing; financial data management; and managing accounts payable and receivable.
  • You will be able to support payroll and salary sacrifice schemes processing as required
  • You will be able to produce financial reports for management review to assist in tracking performance against financial targets.
  • At all times you will maintain accurate records and audit trails, ensuring all transactions are properly documented, filed and confidentiality maintained in compliance with SeeByte policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting the wider finance & operations team as required
  • Hands on commercial experience of working autonomously in areas of Finance
  • You will have, or are working towards, relevant qualifications in Finance
  • You will have strong numeracy and critical thinking skills.
  • You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good general IT skills and be particularly comfortable working with Excel, Outlook & Teams
  • Experience or knowledge of working with Quickbooks or similar accounting packages
  • You are team focused, striving to deliver excellence and continuously keeping the team needs at the forefront of your mind.
